                1. To start preparing your low-FODMAP BBQ chicken salad, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add Fody’s garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil. Once the garlic-infused olive oil is hot, add your pieces of boneless chicken thigh, with salt, and mix. Arrange chicken in single layer. Cook 7-10 min, flipping halfway, until chicken is just cooked through. Add BBQ sauce, and stir. Transfer to a plate.

                2. To make the base for your low-FODMAP BBQ chicken salad, add the romaine to a large mixing bowl and toss with Fody’s bloat-free maple dijon dressing. Top with your cooked chicken thighs, diced tomatoes, corn cilantro, cheese and croutons.
