They work well for FODY salad dressing, however the hole is quite small so my other dressing with flax seeds in it, the seeds would not come out of the container.

Very easy to clean, flexible to pack and fit into a picnic bag, and the perfect size to pop into a crossover bag for a company lunch. This product has made it easier to eat "normal people" food in a low fodmap, inconspicuous way. No more dry salads, fries, or burgers at work, family, and friend gatherings - we deserve condiments and flavour! I can easily ask for no dressing at work lunches, and not get questioned as to how I enjoy dry lettuce - because now I can bring my own dressing :) I especially love how easy it is to clean. I use multiple, and have yet to have one spill on me.
