I couldn't find a commercially made BBQ sauce without garlic and onion, which meant I had to give it up. I tried making it from scratch using a couple of Low FODMAP recipes, but it didn't taste anything like the BBQ sauce I loved. Since I found FODY BBQ sauce, ribs and chicken on the grill taste wonderful again! I use it in several recipes and order them 6 at a time. Try it!
